JAKARTA, Investortrust.id — PT Summarecon Agung Tbk, or SMRA, a national property developer, celebrates its 50th anniversary by launching the annual “Summarecon Expo 2025” under the theme “50 Years Golden Journey,” showcasing projects from nine township developments across cities including Serpong, Bekasi, Bandung, Karawang, and Makassar.
The exhibition series runs in four cities starting at Summarecon Mall Serpong from Friday, Sept 12, 2025, until Sept 21. It continues at Summarecon Mall Bandung on Oct 3–12, Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading on Oct 17–26, and concludes at Summarecon Mall Bekasi on Nov 7–16, 2025.
Director PT Summarecon Agung Tbk Sharif Benyamin said at a media briefing in Tangerang on Friday that the company targets up to Rp 1 trillion ($64 million) in property sales during the expo series across the four cities.
He explained that optimism is driven by the launch of new products, including commercial lots at three locations in Summarecon Serpong—City Hub, Carson Komersial, and South Goldfinch—all of which were oversubscribed upon release. According to him, this reflects strong demand from entrepreneurs who prefer to own property rather than rent.
Most buyers have been local business owners expanding branches in sectors such as beauty clinics, showrooms, and restaurants. The strong response has prompted Summarecon to prepare additional land releases to meet market demand.
The expo also includes a clearance program for repurchased units with discounts of up to 30 percent. The stock is limited to 20 units, mainly in Serpong and Karawang.
To mark its 50th anniversary, Summarecon is offering promotional packages, direct gifts, and grand prizes for customers purchasing properties between November 2024 and Nov 16, 2025.

The program features instant rewards such as refrigerators, e-bikes, gold bars, imported dinner sets, and air conditioners.
Summarecon is also partnering with Bank Mandiri, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Central Asia (BCA), and Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) to provide mortgage financing with competitive rates and flexible payment schemes. This initiative is intended to ease purchases for customers who prefer not to pay in full upfront.
Beyond property sales, the expo offers family entertainment including high wire and juggling shows, visual displays by Isha Hening, performances by Kipina Kids Gading Serpong, and the Purwacaraka choir.
Educational installations are also featured, such as an interactive smart home with premium materials from Valentino Gress, Kohler, and Karang Pilang, reinforced concrete from PT Baja Perkasa Sentosa, and roof structures by PT Agra Parama Sarana.
The event also hosts an urban planning panel discussion with practitioners such as Thomas Elliott, M. Archica Danisworo, and Taufick Hardi, alongside academics from Universitas Pradita, exploring themes of sustainable city development.
