JAKARTA, Investortrust.id - PT Sinergi Inti Andalan Prima Tbk or INET records a sharp acceleration in performance on Monday, Dec 1, 2025 in Jakarta as revenue and profit surge ahead of a major rights issue to fund its digital infrastructure expansion. The company posts significant gains in the third quarter driven by internet services and prepares a multibillion-rupiah capital raise to scale its fibre network across Bali, Lombok and Java.
INET reports revenue jumping 195 percent to Rp 68.60 billion from Rp 23.28 billion, supported mainly by Rp 67.15 billion in internet service income and Rp 1.44 billion from construction services. Net profit climbs 819 percent to Rp 19.37 billion, while EBITDA rises to Rp 35.35 billion. Total assets increase to Rp 454.59 billion in line with the company’s aggressive expansion drive.
Chief Executive Officer Muhammad Arif says the results reflect the company’s strengthening growth momentum. “With significant growth in revenue and profit, INET shows positive growth momentum that may continue until the end of the year. The increase in assets and profitability is a strong indicator that the company is in a phase of expansion and operational strengthening,” he says in Jakarta.
To accelerate digital infrastructure development, INET prepares a strategic corporate action through a Rp 3.2 trillion rights issue. The proceeds will include Rp 2.8 trillion for GPI to build two million FTTH connections in Bali and Lombok, Rp 213 billion for PFI to pay for an indefeasible right of use on submarine cables, Rp 135 billion for IAB to expand FTTH in Java and the remainder for working capital.
Arif says the transaction is crucial for the company’s long term strategy. “This corporate action is our fundamental step to accelerate digital infrastructure development, especially in Bali, Lombok and Java, and to strengthen our submarine cable system, including the key Jakarta Batam Singapore route. With Indonesia’s fixed broadband penetration still at 15 percent, the FTTH expansion opportunity is substantial and INET is ready to lead this sector,” he says.
In addition to network growth, INET plans to acquire 60 percent of THC and 53.57 percent of PADA to enhance connectivity services and business support capabilities. The controlling shareholder, PT Abadi Kreasi Unggul Nusantara, commits to taking up all its rights worth Rp 1.78 trillion and acting as standby buyer for up to Rp 1.41 trillion. The rights issue will issue 12.8 billion shares at Rp 250 per share and will include Series II Warrants.
