JAKARTA, Investortrust.id — PT Astra International Tbk, or ASII, reports consolidated revenue of Rp 243.6 trillion for the nine months ending September 2025, slightly down 1% year-on-year, while net profit excluding fair value adjustments on its investments in GoTo and Hermina falls 6% to Rp 24.7 trillion.
President Director Djony Bunarto Tjondro said the decline in profit mainly reflected lower coal prices, though other segments such as gold mining, financial services, and agribusiness showed stronger performance.
“The solid contribution from other business lines continues to support the Group’s resilience, and we expect the full-year 2025 performance to remain in line with the current trend,” Djony said in an official statement on Friday, Oct 31, 2025.
He reaffirmed that Astra remains focused on maintaining financial discipline and operational excellence while leveraging its strong balance sheet to seize growth opportunities and deliver higher shareholder value.
Including fair value adjustments, Astra’s total net profit declined 5% to Rp 24.5 trillion, driven mainly by lower earnings from coal mining and mining services.
“This decline was partly offset by stronger performance from gold mining, financial services, agribusiness, and infrastructure businesses. The automotive segment remained broadly stable,” he added.
Djony also noted that Astra’s net asset value per share rose 6% to Rp 5,609 as of Sept 30, 2025, while the Group’s consolidated net cash, excluding financial services subsidiaries, increased to Rp 13.4 trillion from Rp 8 trillion at the end of 2024.
Meanwhile, the net debt of Astra’s financial services subsidiaries reached Rp 64.6 trillion at the end of September 2025, up from Rp 60.2 trillion at the end of December 2024.
