Trimegah has shown strong transformation and performance improvement, and I believe the company and Indonesias capital market hold very strong long term prospects," he said in Jakarta.
The increased ownership also aligned with his vision of strengthening national financial institutions to support economic growth and expand domestic investor participation.
TRIM posted significant gains by the third quarter of 2025 as revenue jumped from Rp 622.86 billion to Rp 1.14 trillion and operating profit rose from Rp 244.96 billion to Rp 536.87 billion.
Net profit climbed from Rp 151.76 billion to Rp 372.52 billion, reinforcing Boy Thohirs decision to accumulate shares. Before this transaction he held 34.64 percent of TRIM as of October 2025.
His continued investment signaled strong confidence from a leading Indonesian businessman known for his roles in energy, financial services, and infrastructure.
