JAKARTA, Investortrust.id — Bank Rakyat Indonesia or BBRI sets Monday, Dec 29, 2025 in Jakarta as the cum date for its interim cash dividend after declaring a Rp 20.6 trillion payout, equal to Rp 137 per share, a move that reflects strong earnings and sustained support for micro and small businesses.
The state owned lender said the interim dividend for the 2025 financial year would be distributed to shareholders recorded in the register on Friday, Jan 2, 2026, with cash payment scheduled for Thursday, Jan 15, 2026.
In its disclosure to the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, the bank said the dividend policy underscored its commitment to providing sustainable returns to shareholders while maintaining prudent risk management.
Corporate Secretary Dhanny said the decision was backed by solid financial performance, continued growth in micro, small, and medium enterprise financing, and consistent risk discipline.
“The interim dividend plan for the 2025 financial year reflects BRI’s strong fundamentals and a balance between business expansion, MSME empowerment, and prudent risk management,” Dhanny said in a statement on Monday.
He said the policy also aligned with BRI’s role as a state owned bank in contributing to government revenue and national development.
As of Sept 30, 2025, BRI recorded consolidated net profit attributable to the parent entity of Rp 41.23 trillion, making the Rp 20.6 trillion interim dividend equivalent to around 50 percent of net income.
Dhanny added that the dividend decision had complied with prevailing regulations, including company law provisions, OJK disclosure rules, and the bank’s articles of association approved by the Ministry of Law.
“Through this interim dividend, BRI reaffirms its commitment to supporting the national economy, particularly by strengthening MSME financing and sustaining its long term transformation,” he said.
