JAKARTA, Investortrust.id — PT Central Omega Resources Tbk, or DKFT, declares an interim cash dividend of Rp 25 per share for the 2025 financial year, following a strong third-quarter performance that saw net profit surge by 54.8%. The dividend will be distributed on Thursday, Oct 30, 2025, as approved by the board of commissioners after a directors’ meeting held on Oct 13.
In its filing to the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Wednesday, Oct 15, the company said the total dividend payout will range between Rp 137.84 billion and Rp 140.96 billion. Central Omega confirmed that there are no equity instruments other than shares that can be converted into stock in this dividend distribution.
The payout is based on distributable net profit attributable to the parent entity amounting to Rp 442.37 billion as of Sept 30, 2025. The company’s unrestricted retained earnings stood at Rp 315.66 billion, while total equity reached Rp 1.23 trillion.
The dividend timeline sets the cum dividend date for the regular and negotiation markets on Oct 23, and for the cash market on Oct 27, with payment scheduled for Oct 30.
Central Omega’s solid performance in the third quarter of 2025 was supported by strong global nickel demand and operational efficiency improvements. Nickel ore production reached 2.07 million tons through September, up 18% from the same period in 2024.
Sales volume jumped 31% year-on-year to 2.29 million tons, reflecting robust market demand and improved production capacity. Revenue climbed 29.5% year-on-year to Rp 1.2 trillion, driven by stronger shipment volumes and cost discipline.
The company’s net profit rose sharply to Rp 442.69 billion, while EBITDA almost tripled, surging 197.94% year-on-year to Rp 638.09 billion.
Director Feni Silviani Budiman said the positive results reflect the company’s success in executing its strategies amid a volatile market environment.
“We are committed to maintaining this growth momentum and remain focused on creating long-term value for all stakeholders,” Feni said in a written statement.
