JAKARTA, Investortrust.id — PT Perintis Triniti Properti Tbk or TRIN accelerates business transformation on Monday, Dec 22, 2025 in Jakarta by diversifying into logistics, data centers, and ultra luxury hospitality to strengthen long term growth and recurring income. The move reflects a strategic shift beyond conventional property development as market demand evolves.
The appointment of Rahayu Saraswati Djojohadikusumo as strategic partner and president commissioner was expected to reinforce the company’s long term vision and strategic direction. Management said the addition brought a broader perspective to navigate structural changes in the property and infrastructure landscape.
The expansion was part of TRIN’s response to shifting industry dynamics while it continued to complete existing projects and ensure timely handovers to buyers. At the same time, the company pushed to increase recurring income to support financial stability.
Under the new strategy, Triniti Land planned to expand its portfolio into logistics parks, data centers, and ultra luxury hospitality projects. These sectors were selected for their long term growth potential, rising demand, and alignment with the company’s integrated property development capabilities.
Co Founder and Group CEO Ishak Chandra said future data center and ultra luxury hospitality projects would focus on key business hubs. He said accelerating digital transformation, urban economic growth, and rising awareness of health and quality of life were expected to drive demand for logistics, digital infrastructure, and green based luxury hospitality.
Ishak added that the company saw strong opportunities from changing market needs across logistics, digital infrastructure, and high end hospitality. He said diversification was designed to become a new sustainable growth engine while maintaining prudent risk management and strong corporate governance.
Rahayu Saraswati said the business expansion reflected the company’s long term commitment to adapt to changes in the economic and industrial landscape. She said the diversification aimed to create lasting value for shareholders and stakeholders by positioning the company in future oriented sectors.
Looking ahead, Triniti Land planned to prepare technical, commercial, and operational aspects to ensure smooth implementation of the strategy. Management said the new direction would help strengthen business resilience and improve earnings quality amid volatility in Indonesia’s property and infrastructure sectors.
