JAKARTA, Investortrust.id — Hasnur Internasional Shipping, one of Indonesia’s leading integrated logistics and shipping companies, has launched a new set of vessels at its Sungai Puting docking yard on Wednesday, Nov 5, 2025, marking another step in its fleet expansion strategy.
The new fleet includes the tugboat TB Hasnur 25, powered by 2,200 horsepower, and the barge BG Hasnur 3312 with a cargo capacity of 10,000 metric tons. The additions are part of the company’s plan to strengthen operational performance and enhance logistics efficiency across its shipping routes.
Hasnur Internasional Shipping Tbk, or HAIS, said in its statement to the Indonesia Stock Exchange that the move aligns with its 2025 corporate budget and expansion roadmap.
“The fleet expansion is part of our operational reinforcement plan under this year’s RKAP. We remain committed to sustainable growth and to delivering the best service to our partners and customers, with optimism to achieve our year-end performance targets,” said HAIS Operations Director Laorentina Devi in the disclosure on Thursday, Nov 13, 2025.
Throughout 2025, the company has planned to add a total of four new vessel sets, which are expected to boost its overall carrying capacity by 15 to 19 percent. The increase reflects HAIS’s broader effort to maintain service reliability and ensure long-term operational sustainability amid growing cargo demand.
As of November 2025, HAIS operates 22 fleet sets with cargo capacities ranging between 7,500 and 10,300 metric tons, in addition to one vessel dedicated to transporting crude palm oil (CPO). The company’s vessels primarily serve domestic and regional routes, including coal and bulk commodity shipments to Southeast Asia.
The launch of TB Hasnur 25 and BG Hasnur 3312 was also marked by a “Tampung Tawar” ceremony — a traditional blessing ritual of the Muslim Dayak community in Kalimantan — symbolizing prayers for safety and success for all company operations.
By combining operational expansion with cultural appreciation, HAIS reaffirms its identity as a company rooted in local values while aiming for global competitiveness. With a larger fleet, streamlined logistics systems, and a collaborative spirit, the company remains confident of closing 2025 with solid performance and stronger service delivery for its clients and business partners.
