JAKARTA, Investortrust.id — Indonesia Stock Exchange reveals that two more large-cap firms remain in the pipeline to launch initial public offerings this year, keeping it on track to surpass its 2025 “lighthouse company” target.
President Director of IDX Iman Rachman said the exchange has set a goal to list five lighthouse companies this year. Lighthouse companies are issuers with a market capitalization above Rp 3 trillion ($186 million) and a minimum free float of 15%.
“We already have four lighthouse companies listed this year: PT Raharja Energi Cepu Tbk, or RATU, PT Bangun Kosambi Sukses Tbk, or CBDK, PT Yupi Indo Jelly Gum Tbk, or YUPI, and PT Chandra Daya Investasi Tbk, or CDIA. So, we have four out of the five targeted companies,” Iman said during a press conference marking the 48th anniversary of Indonesia’s capital market at the IDX Main Hall in Jakarta on Monday, Aug 11, 2025.
In addition to these, there are currently six prospective issuers in the pipeline, excluding those that will use their June 2025 financial statements. “Two of these are in the lighthouse category. If all goes well, we could end up with more than five. We have six in total, and this does not yet include the ones using June financial reports,” he added.
The six prospective issuers consist of two companies in the basic materials sector, one in transportation and logistics, two in the industrial sector, and one in financial services.
“I think we can meet the target, God willing, even though there are still several products we plan to launch toward the end of the year,” Iman noted.
As of Aug 8, 2025, the IDX had recorded 22 IPOs, raising a combined Rp 10.39 trillion ($644 million).
