JAKARTA, Investortrust.id — PT Diamond Citra Propertindo Tbk or DADA expands into landed housing on Saturday, Jan 10, 2026 in Jakarta after completing the acquisition of 99.9% of PT Pejaten Kreasi Sukses Indonesia for about Rp 174.8 billion, equal to $11.3 million, a move that immediately lifted investor appetite and sent the stock higher. The expansion marked a strategic shift aimed at accelerating cash flow and strengthening business resilience as residential demand improved.
The corporate action was executed through PT Karya Permata Inovasi Indonesia Tbk, which became the controlling shareholder of the acquired entity. Management said the deal reinforced DADA’s business structure amid improving sentiment across Indonesia’s property sector.
Financial performance was also expected to benefit from the government’s extension of the value added tax incentive fully borne by the state, known as PPN DTP, through this year. The policy was designed to support the recovery of the residential market and broaden public access to home ownership.
Against this backdrop, DADA shares jumped to Rp 67 at the close of the previous trading session, compared with Rp 50 at the end of 2025. The rally signaled rising market attention toward the company’s revised growth direction and medium term strategy.
Expand Portofolio
Management said that with KPII now controlling PKSI, DADA had opportunities to develop landed housing projects in Jakarta’s buffer areas such as Depok, Bogor, and South Tangerang. These regions were viewed as key demand centers for end user housing.
Chief executive Bayu Setiawan said DADA had long been known as a developer focused on high rise and strata title properties. He said the move into landed housing complemented the existing portfolio while opening faster and more recurring cash flow streams.
Bayu added that the acquisition formed part of KPII’s medium term strategy to strengthen property development fundamentals. “This acquisition was carried out to reinforce landed housing development in Jakarta’s buffer cities, where demand remains very strong and is dominated by end users,” he said in Jakarta on Friday.
Following the takeover, DADA through KPII prepared landed housing projects designed not only as residences but as integrated areas with planned layouts, functional home designs, supporting facilities, and affordable pricing.
“The landed housing segment in Jakarta’s surrounding areas continues to see strong end user demand, especially with government policies supporting the residential sector throughout 2026,” he said.
