Here is the List of 21 Cooperatives Operating in the Financial Services Sector in Indonesia
JAKARTA, investortrust.id – The Financial Services Authority (OJK) has received a list of cooperatives operating in the financial services sector from the Ministry of Cooperatives, as mandated by Law No. 4 of 2023 on the Development and Strengthening of the Financial Sector (P2SK Law).
The Minister of Cooperatives of the Republic of Indonesia, through letter number B-3/M.KOP/PK.02.00/2025 dated January 10, 2025, has submitted a list of 21 open loop cooperatives, which are the result of the Ministry's assessment in accordance with the criteria specified in Article 44B paragraph (2) of the P2SK Law.
In detail, according to the statement received on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, here is the list of cooperatives operating in the financial services sector:
1. Arta Kencana People's Credit Bank Cooperative - Madiun
2. Bank Pasar Patma Klaten People's Credit Bank Cooperative - Klaten
3. Mandiri Sejahtera Rajabasa Microfinance Institution Cooperative - South Lampung
4. Sido Jaya Abadi Microfinance Institution Cooperative - Tulang Bawang
5. Dana Yaksa Mino Saroyo Microfinance Institution Cooperative - Cilacap
6. Syariah Berkah Amanah Ummat Microfinance Institution Cooperative - Tasikmalaya
7. Syariah Ranah Indah Darussalam Microfinance Institution Cooperative - Ciamis
8. Al Fitrah Wava Mandiri Syariah Microfinance Institution Cooperative - Surabaya
9. Usaha Mulia Syariah Microfinance Institution Cooperative - Probolinggo
10. UPK DAPM Mirba Microfinance Institution Cooperative - South Lampung

The cooperatives listed will be followed up by OJK in accordance with the prevailing regulations. OJK will conduct public communication and outreach related to the follow-up process for these open loop cooperatives as part of the development and strengthening efforts in line with the P2SK Law.
Additionally, OJK will continue to coordinate with the Ministry of Cooperatives and regional Cooperative Offices to ensure that all follow-up processes, including licensing with OJK, proceed smoothly.
