With global greenfield foreign direct investment (FDI) deploying more than $131 billion—over 24.5% of total cross-border capital outlays—into data centers during the first half of 2026 alone, Southeast Asia is transforming into a prime digital corridor capable of absorbing the world's most compute-intensive artificial intelligence workloads.
