Prabowo emphasized that the Lunar New Year is more than just a tradition—it is a symbol of hope and togetherness in Indonesia’s pluralistic society. The head of state expressed his hope that this year’s celebration would bring happiness, prosperity, and good fortune to the Chinese-Indonesian community and the nation as a whole.

"In this moment of renewed hope, let us come together to strengthen our bonds of brotherhood, uphold harmony, and embrace diversity as a source of our nation’s strength. ‘Bhinneka Tunggal Ika’—unity in diversity—remains our guiding principle," the president remarked.

Prabowo also acknowledged the symbolic significance of the Year of the Wood Snake, which is believed to represent courage, wisdom, and resilience. He expressed his wish that the coming year would bring blessings and peace to all Indonesians.
