Bank Mandiri Sets Rp 9.3 Trillion Interim Dividend at Rp 100 per Share

JAKARTA, Investortrust.id — PT Bank Mandiri Tbk or BMRI declares an interim dividend of Rp 9.3 trillion on Friday, Dec 19, 2025 in Jakarta to reward shareholders following solid operating performance, a move that equals Rp 100 per share and represents 24.7 percent of net profit as of Sept 30, 2025.
PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk said the dividend equaled 24.7 percent of its net profit of Rp 37.73 trillion recorded as of Sept 30, 2025.
Corporate Secretary Adhika Vista said the interim dividend would be distributed to 93.33 billion outstanding shares, after adjusting for treasury shares from the buyback program at the recording date.
The bank said the full dividend schedule would be announced in line with Indonesia Stock Exchange regulations governing interim dividend distribution.
BMRI management stated the interim dividend would not have a material impact on operations, legal standing, financial condition, or business continuity.
"The decision has received approval from the Board of Commissioners and was formally set by the Board of Directors on Thursday, Dec 18, 2025," Adhika said in an information disclosure to the exchange.
Separately, Bank Mandiri reported solid financial performance through November 2025, supported by steady credit expansion and improving funding efficiency.
BMRI posted bank-only net profit growth of 28.7 percent month on month in November 2025, driven by 13.1 percent year-on-year credit growth to Rp 1,452 trillion.
Director of Finance and Strategy Novita Widya Anggraini said disciplined execution and balanced growth had helped the bank navigate economic cycles while strengthening risk management and capital.
Total third-party funds rose 15.9 percent year on year to Rp 1,584 trillion, with the loan to deposit ratio maintained at around 91 percent, reflecting healthy liquidity.
Interest income increased 9.5 percent year on year, while interest expenses continued to decline since the second quarter of 2025 as funding competition eased.
Total assets on a bank-only basis grew 14.6 percent year on year to Rp 2,120 trillion, underscoring the resilience of Bank Mandiri’s business model amid global financial volatility.
