JAKARTA, Investortrust.id — PT Timah Tbk or TINS reshuffles its board on Wednesday, Dec 17, 2025 in Jakarta by appointing Ratih Mayasari as the new human resources director, a move aimed at reinforcing leadership and governance as the state owned tin miner prepares for its next planning cycle.
The decision was approved at an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held the same day, replacing Andi Seto Gadhista Asapa in the role.
"With the results of this meeting, the company is optimistic it can continue to improve performance, strengthen competitiveness, and deliver sustainable added value for shareholders and stakeholders," Corporate Secretary Rendi Kurniawan said on Wednesday.
Management expressed its appreciation to the outgoing board members for their dedication and contributions, describing the meeting as a key moment to build a more adaptive leadership structure capable of supporting long term performance.
Alongside the board change, shareholders approved amendments to the company’s articles of association to align with updated laws and policies, including Law No. 16 of 2025, which revised provisions governing state owned enterprises.
The meeting also granted authority to the board of commissioners to approve the Company Work Plan and Budget for 2026 as well as the Long Term Corporate Plan for 2026 to 2030, including any subsequent revisions.
Rendi said the resolutions were part of broader efforts to strengthen corporate governance, improve decision making effectiveness, and ensure company planning complied with prevailing regulations.
He added that the extraordinary meeting reflected the company’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and the consistent application of good corporate governance principles as PT Timah adjusted to evolving business needs.
Ratih previously served as finance director at Perumda Pasar Jaya since 2022 and holds a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Indonesia, earned with cum laude honors in 2023.
She also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada, completed with cum laude distinction in 2015, and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Telkom University, where she graduated as a scholarship recipient and high achieving student.
