JAKARTA, Investortrust.id — PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk or IMPC signs a waste to energy development agreement on Tuesday, Nov 25, 2025 in Jakarta to expand renewable infrastructure in Indonesia as the government accelerates multi city WTE procurement, a move expected to attract global technology providers and strengthen national sustainability investment.
The company acted through its subsidiary PT Sirkular Karya Indonesia which signed a memorandum of understanding with PT CECEPC Indonesia to explore a waste to energy project in Bali.
The subsidiary served as the investment supporter while CCEPC provided engineering, procurement, construction, and operational expertise.
CCEPC prepared feasibility studies, assessed available waste at the company site, conducted location inspections, and supported tender preparation.
Sugiarto Romeli, President Director of SKI, said the collaboration represented a strategic milestone for the group. He said, "This collaboration is a strategic step for SKI to strengthen our commitment in sustainability. With CCEPC's technical experience, we believe the WTE project in Bali can deliver more effective and environmentally friendly waste management solutions."
He added that the company continued to expand recycling solutions and circular economy initiatives across its operations.
