Telkom Indonesia (TLKM) Books Rp 109.6 Trillion in Nine-Month Revenue, Strengthens Data Center and Fiber Businesses

JAKARTA, Investortrust.id — Telkom Indonesia, one of the country’s largest telecommunications providers, has posted consolidated revenue of Rp 109.6 trillion in the first nine months of 2025, reflecting steady performance despite global economic headwinds.
The company recorded EBITDA of Rp 54.4 trillion, with an EBITDA margin of 49.6%. Net profit reached Rp 15.8 trillion, while normalized net income stood at Rp 16.7 trillion, equivalent to a margin of 15.2%.
President Director Dian Siswarini said the results underscored the company’s resilience and adaptability amid the fast-evolving telecommunications landscape.
“We remain focused on optimizing value across strategic segments, particularly fiber connectivity and data centers, which are the foundation of Indonesia’s digital economy,” Dian said in an official statement received in Jakarta on Friday, Oct 31, 2025.
The company continued advancing its TLKM 2030 transformation strategy to become a leaner and more efficient strategic holding. One major initiative involved transferring part of its Wholesale Fiber Connectivity business and assets to its subsidiary, Telkom Infrastruktur Indonesia (TIF). Following the first phase of the spin-off, TIF will operate 56% of Telkom’s fiber network, encompassing backbone, submarine cables, and access infrastructure.
On the consumer side, Telkomsel generated Rp 81.4 trillion in revenue, supported by a 5.2% increase in average revenue per user (ARPU). The operator served 157.6 million mobile customers and 10.3 million fixed broadband users under the IndiHome brand. Telkomsel operated 288,295 base transceiver stations (BTS), consisting of 235,627 4G sites and 4,009 5G sites, with total data traffic up 17.2% year-on-year.
In the Wholesale and International Business segment, revenue reached Rp 14.2 trillion, growing 5.7% year-on-year, while the Enterprise segment posted Rp 14.9 trillion with a focus on Connectivity+, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence-based solutions.
Mitratel, Telkom’s tower subsidiary, booked Rp 6.9 trillion in revenue with fiber service growth of 23.8% year-on-year. The company managed 40,102 towers and achieved a tenancy ratio of 1.55 times, with 59% of its sites located outside Java.
In the data center and cloud segment, Telkom booked Rp 1.4 trillion in revenue. Its subsidiary NeutraDC reported 89% utilization across total capacity of 44 megawatts and 2,451 racks across 35 facilities in Indonesia and overseas. NeutraDC is also developing Neutra Connect and Neutra Compute services while completing the Batam Hyperscale Data Center and expanding the HDC Cikarang Campus 2.
By the end of the third quarter, Telkom had realized Rp 15.4 trillion in capital expenditure, primarily to strengthen its network infrastructure, data center capacity, cloud services, and digital solutions. The company also reinforced its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) agenda, earning ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications.
Dian reaffirmed Telkom’s long-term vision for sustainable growth. “We will continue to innovate and deliver relevant digital solutions to create value for society and all stakeholders,” she said.
