PIK2 Developer PANI Books Rp 1.2 Trillion in First-Half Sales, Posts Strong Quarterly Growth

JAKARTA, Investortrust.id — PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk, or PANI, the developer of Pantai Indah Kapuk 2, PIK2, under Agung Sedayu Group and Salim Group, booked Rp 1.2 trillion, equivalent to $73.4 million, in marketing sales during the first half of 2025, equivalent to 22.64% of its Rp 5.3 trillion, or $324 million, annual target.
Second-quarter sales jumped 50% compared with the first quarter, supported by surging demand in the commercial and landed housing segments. PANI President Director Sugianto Kusuma, known as Aguan, said the performance reflected continued market interest in PIK2’s integrated products designed to match modern lifestyles.
“We will continue to develop areas that are relevant to today’s needs while delivering long-term value for the community and stakeholders. In line with this, we have introduced three new products to cater to diverse customer needs,” Aguan said in a statement.
Commercial and Residential Boost
PANI’s commercial property segment delivered Rp 231 billion in sales during the quarter, up 145% from the previous period, driven by projects such as Rukan Marina Bay, One Business Park, Bizpark PIK2, SOHO The Riverside Boulevard, Rukan Asia Afrika, Rukan Pasar, and Ruko Little Siam.
In the landed housing segment, sales from Pasir Putih Residences, Padma, and Bukit Nirmala rose 76% quarter-on-quarter to Rp 247 billion. Meanwhile, commercial land plots in PIK2’s central business district remained the company’s top contributor with Rp 451 billion in sales.
Market Sentiment and Outlook
Compared with the first half of 2024, PANI described the current sales level as a reasonable adjustment, attributing the change to cautious buyer sentiment amid market uncertainty. However, the company noted that its product launches in the second quarter signaled a gradual recovery in demand.
With a land bank of 1,845 hectares and ongoing developments, PANI remains on an expansion track, positioning PIK2 as a key growth driver while enhancing its investment value. The company said its performance is anchored on maintaining product quality and relevance in a competitive market.
