Telkom Akses Launches LENSA-PRO, a Real-Time Project Supervision App for Smarter Construction Oversight

JAKARTA, Investortrust.id — PT Telkom Akses, a subsidiary of PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk, or TLKM, has launched LENSA-PRO, a digital application designed to enhance the supervision and governance of construction projects in real time across its operational regions.
The application, formally known as Laporan Engineering Nasional Sistem Aplikasi – Proyek, was introduced in June 2025 at the company’s Legok facility in Tangerang. LENSA-PRO aims to improve project oversight by providing centralized, digital documentation and real-time progress validation, reducing inefficiencies often caused by manual reporting systems.
The launch event was attended by Telkom Akses Director of Human Capital & Information Technology Nizar, Senior Advisor Sujarwo, and Head of Regional II Arief Wibisono. Technical insights on the system were presented by Damar Suryo Laksono, Senior General Manager of Information Technology.
LENSA-PRO is positioned as a response to long-standing challenges in project supervision, such as inconsistent documentation, delays in reporting, and a lack of direct monitoring. The platform offers validated progress reporting, centralized evidence storage, auto-generated project documentation, and data-based monitoring throughout the construction lifecycle.
The application supports all phases of infrastructure deployment—from site surveys (aanwijzing) and permitting to material delivery, installation, and commissioning tests. Each activity is recorded and reported through an evidence-based system that stores data securely and systematically.
Already deployed company-wide, LENSA-PRO is now being used by Telkom Akses internal teams, contractors, and field supervisors. It plays a key role in the development of new network infrastructure, including fiber-to-the-x (FTTx) and backbone systems, as well as upgrades to existing assets.
By integrating digital solutions into its project management ecosystem, Telkom Akses is accelerating its transition toward smart construction practices in line with TelkomGroup’s strategic vision for digital transformation.
