PANI and CBDK Report Profit Surge in 2024, Driven by Revenue Growth
JAKARTA, investortrust.id – PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk, PANI, and its subsidiary PT Bangun Kosambi Sukses Tbk, CBDK, achieved a remarkable surge in net profit throughout 2024. The strong financial performance of these property developers, backed by prominent business figures Sugianto Kusuma, also known as Aguan, and the Salim Group, was in line with higher revenue growth.
In its financial report disclosed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Monday, March 3, 2025, PANI announced that its net profit skyrocketed from Rp 780.67 billion to Rp 1.26 trillion ($80.3 million) in 2024.
The surge was attributed to an increase in the company’s net revenue, which rose from Rp 2.15 trillion to Rp 2.83 trillion ($180.1 million). PANI also reported a rise in pre-tax profit from Rp 736.09 billion to Rp 1.28 trillion ($81.5 million).
As a result, the net profit attributable to the company's shareholders soared from Rp 273.18 billion to Rp 625.99 billion ($39.8 million). Earnings per share (EPS) also jumped from Rp 19.77 to Rp 38.78 per share.
CBDK Outperforms Parent Company
Not to be outdone by its parent company, CBDK also posted an impressive profit jump. The company’s net profit surged from Rp 804.53 billion to Rp 1.09 trillion ($69.4 million) in 2024, aligning with its revenue growth from Rp 1.95 trillion to Rp 2.24 trillion ($142.7 million).
CBDK recorded a significant rise in net profit attributable to its shareholders, climbing from Rp 578.54 billion to Rp 924.75 billion ($58.9 million). This achievement even surpassed its parent company’s net profit. Consequently, CBDK’s EPS increased from Rp 113.40 to Rp 181.25 per share.
These strong financial performances underline the continued expansion of both PANI and CBDK, reinforcing their positions in Indonesia’s property sector.
