JAKARTA, Investortrust.id — Gas infrastructure company PT Rukun Raharja Tbk, or RAJA, controlled by businessman Happy Hapsoro, signals its intention to maintain a stable dividend policy for the 2025 fiscal year.
President Director Djauhar Maulid said the company would strive to keep its dividend payout ratio consistent with previous years while ensuring sufficient funding to support business growth.
“We will make every effort to maintain the dividend ratio as in prior years. However, we must ensure that dividend distribution and business growth remain aligned. Dividends should not be too large to the point where we lack funds for expansion,” Djauhar said during the company’s virtual public presentation on Monday, Oct 27, 2025.
He emphasized that maintaining a balance between dividend distribution and expansion strategy remains a key focus for management.
“Conversely, if we allocate too much for expansion, shareholders may not receive optimal dividends. But fundamentally, we highly prioritize dividend distribution for our shareholders,” he added.
Djauhar explained that RAJA adheres to three main principles in its dividend policy: stable value, liquidity, and market preference — all reflected in the company’s regular dividend payments.
For the 2024 fiscal year, RAJA distributed Rp 250 billion in cash dividends, equivalent to Rp 60 per share, representing a payout ratio of 59 percent of net profit. The figure rose from the previous year’s payout ratio of 39 percent.
