Franky Widjaja Steps Down as President Commissioner of Dian Swastatika Sentosa

Boardroom Reorganization and Full Legal Discharge

Alongside accepting the resignation, voting shareholders granted Widjaja a full release and discharge of liability (acquit et décharge) covering his supervisory oversight from Jan. 1, 2026, through the date of the meeting.

The legal exemption applies to all supervisory actions accurately captured within the company’s consolidated financial statements that comply with prevailing statutory regulations.

To fill the top supervisory post, shareholders accepted the resignation of David Fernando Audy from his executive directorship and named him DSSA’s new President Commissioner, aligning his tenure with the remaining terms of the sitting board.
